Real Estate Success & future plans

Well its official, my house is rented! It felt really good to get closure on this end of things. I'm nearly done siding the 3rd side of it, and all that is left is the back of the house which is the smallest and most simple of all, I'll barely need a ladder for it so it should go really fast. All in all I'm well pleased with this business. I can't wait to get more.

I hope I can refinance the house, I'd like to pay off some debts and buy myself a new house, then sell my current home. Then with the profits made from my current home, I'm estimating 25k profit when I sell it, I'll buy at least two more rental houses for 2009, ( one is a duplex) and pay off the mortgage on this one. So by the end of 2009 I will have 4 units hopefully, and be cash flowing over 1000 a month, and be living in a 2700 square foot mansion :) Well the place needs tons of work ATM, but will be sweet when we're done with it.

So far I love the real estate business. One down, 19 to go! I figure I can retire comfortably on 2o rentals.
